Relaxation massage

Switch off wonderfully, forget everyday life for a moment and simply let your soul dangle. You can experience this with my full body relaxation massage.

Intuitively and carefully I adjust to your body and your needs. Enjoy the soothing touch of flowing movements on your skin with the feeling of being "carried" and "held".

If you are open to it, I will also be happy to guide you into conscious breathing during the massage. This opens up the space for you to enter a deeper state of relaxation, in which tensions are released and energetic blockages can flow away. Your self-healing powers are activated and your body can better regulate itself again.

Experience the peace when body, mind and soul are harmonized and you reconnect with your very own power within you!

The massage can also be a treat for the senses. A selection of essential oils is available to you, which is an ideal complement to the warm organic coconut oil that I use for the massage.

Deep tissue massage

You are tense and your back hurts?

Do you need a powerful massage to release your blockages and tension? Then my deep tissue massage is just the thing for you!

With an ideal balance of strength and relaxation, the tissue is first loosened with heat and then penetrates layer by layer into the deepest layers of tissue. The tension and hardening that lies there can thus be effectively released.

I also use techniques of acupressure, bodywork and Far Eastern pain therapies in order to respond to your needs in the best possible way.

A combination of both massages is possible at any time.
